Agradable lugar, solo que no tiene clima, muy limpio. Y además de ello hace falta que chequen sus muebles están muy débiles y se juegan mucho al poner tu bolsa, agua, cosméticos o pinturas , cualquier cosa están muy frágiles.
Buen lugar, modesto y cómodo solo algunos detalles en conexión y detalles de las instalaciones que les hace falta mantenimiento en algunas habitaciones pero en general bien.
Son una excelente opción para visitar el Pueblo de Xicotepec. Cada que visito la localidad me hospedó ahí, bueno, bonito y barato.
Maravilloso para descansar, me aceptaron con mi mascota(perra pequeña) y cuentan con restaurante para desayunar

Pensé que era un excelente lugar hasta el día sábado pasado cuando me aloje me querían cobrar a un kilo como adulto a partir de los 5 años mal servicio sin insumos y todavía sin agua caliente ...pésimo lugar poco recomendado
En todo momento fueron muy amables!!! El unico defecto es que no agarra muy bien el internet y por desgracia un dia tuvimos que salir a las 5 am y chispas no habia agua, al revisar la habitación antes de acostarme la sabana de la cama tenia sangre cuando la destendi, asi que baje a recepción para que me la cambiaran y super amables la cambiaron y se disculparon, pero en todo momento te atienden amables y con una sonrisa.
Excelente servicio, recibimos atención directa del gerente el cual fue muy amable, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda.
El servicio es estupendo, no me quejo ya que incluso el personal es muy amable y está bien capacitado en su trabajo. En cuanto a la asignación de la habitación, me agrada que tomen en cuenta la opinión del cliente. La ubicación es perfecta y fácil de localizar incluso para alguien que solo está de visita y no conoce de hoteles. Sin duda alguna es una excelente opción de hospedaje.
